Frequently Asked Questions
Can you overlock old or used carpet?
Yes — as long as the carpet is in reasonable condition. Bring it in and we'll take a look.
What colours do you have?
We carry a wide range and can usually match your carpet. Let us know when you call or text.
What's the difference between overlocking and binding?
Overlocking uses a thread stitch to finish the edge. Binding uses a tape glued or sewn around the edge. We do overlocking — the most common and cost-effective option for most jobs.
Do you do non-slip backing?
Not currently, but we can point you toward non-slip underlay to use underneath.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Drop-off only at this stage — 5 Motto Lane, Heatherbrae NSW 2324, easy off the highway.
Service Area
We take drop-offs from across the Hunter Region and Central Coast — Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Cessnock, Port Stephens, Raymond Terrace, Singleton, Hunter Valley, and Central Coast.
