Refund policy
We have a 30-day return request policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at contact@alltarps.store. All returns must be approved by All Tarps before any items are sent back. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED / CHANGE OF MIND
If you have ordered the incorrect product, selected an incompatible part, changed your mind, or no longer require the item, you may contact us to request a return or exchange. Approval is at All Tarps’ discretion, and the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
For approved change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered product returns, the customer is responsible for return freight and any replacement freight. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEM SUPPLIED BY ALL TARPS
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, defective, not as described, or if All Tarps has supplied the wrong item. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where All Tarps has supplied the wrong item, or the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or not as described, All Tarps will cover or reimburse reasonable return freight as required under Australian Consumer Law.
CUSTOM, SPECIAL ORDER, AND CUT-TO-SIZE PRODUCTS
Custom-made products, special orders, cut-to-size materials, made-to-measure tarps, fabricated items, and personalised products cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or incorrect product selection, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase once approved and place a new order. Replacement freight is payable by the customer for change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered returns.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
