Rollover tarp systems cover a truck or trailer by rolling a tarp from one side of the body to the other. They're the go-to choice when waterproof coverage is required — grain, fertiliser, bio-solids, and any moisture-sensitive bulk load. How It Works

A roll tube runs the length of the body with the tarp wrapped around it. One or two arms swing the tube and tarp up and over the load, sealing against the opposite rail. The driver operates it from ground level or the cab — manually or with electric/hydraulic drive.

Arm Configurations

• Single arm (rear) — most common for end tippers and walking floors
• Dual arm (front + rear) — recommended for side tippers, higher lift
• 90-degree drive arm — compact installation, motor tucked behind arm

Drive Options

• Manual — spring-assisted arms with hand crank, no power required
• Electric (12V/24V) — push-button or remote control (Roll·Rite, Razor)
• Hydraulic — powered by truck hydraulics for heavy-duty applications

Tarp Material Options
