We keep shipping simple and fair. If anything changes with delivery or cost, we'll contact you before your order is processed.

Razor Products

Most Razor products ship for a flat rate of $30 Australia-wide.
If your order is oversized, heavy, or going to a remote location, we'll reach out before dispatch with an updated cost.

Pull-Out Tarp Systems

Pull-out systems include free shipping to the closest freight depot to your delivery address.

If you provide a commercial address (e.g. workshop, business, depot, yard in a major area) and it's cost-effective to send directly, we'll deliver straight to that address at no extra charge.

If your address is remote or expensive to deliver to, we'll ship to the nearest depot and confirm everything with you. You'll always be contacted first if anything needs to change.

Standard Products

All other items ship via our regular carriers (Australia Post or courier).
Most smaller orders ship for around $10–$15, depending on size, weight and location.

Returns & Freight

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns, incorrect products ordered by the customer, or items no longer required. Replacement freight is payable by the customer unless the issue is caused by All Tarps or otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
