How to Measure Your Tipper for Hungry Boards
Ten minutes with a tape measure and your phone is all this takes. Send us these and we confirm your fitment before anything is cut — no guesswork, no wrong parts.
The one measurement everyone needs
Your finished board length, in millimetres. Measure along the top rail of the tipper side, from where the board should start to where it should end. Write it down in mm (e.g. 3250) — that's the number we cut to.
Cutting is free and optional — if you'd rather trim on site, skip the cut length and we'll supply the full length of the option you pick. Kits still need the measurements below either way, so we can confirm your brackets fit.
Measure twice. Custom-cut boards can't normally be changed once cutting starts.
For complete kits — 3 more measurements
- Existing tipper side length (front of the side panel to the rear, in mm)
- Truck make, model and year (e.g. Isuzu NPR 65-190, 2021)
- Tipper body manufacturer or body type — it's usually on a plate or sticker on the body. Can't find it? Just write "unknown" — the photos tell us most of what we need.
The 5 photos
Stand back far enough that we can see the whole area in each shot:
- Complete left side of the tipper body
- Complete right side
- Front mounting area (front corner/headboard area where the board would start)
- Rear mounting area (rear corner/tailgate area where it would end)
- Upper tipper rail (close-up along the top edge the board sits above)

You can enter your details right on the product page when you order — then email the photos, with your order number, to contact@alltarps.store.
We'll check the fit against our mounting system and come back to you before anything is manufactured. If it won't fit, we'll tell you straight and refund in full.
