Cutting is free and optional. Give us your exact length below and we cut before dispatch — or leave it blank and we supply the full length of the option you pick (e.g. "Up to 3.6m" ships as 3.6m). You can also email it later with your order number.
Custom-cut boards can't normally be changed or resold once cut — double-check your measurement. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Description
Two matching aluminium hungry boards — full length, or cut to your size free.
Replace both sides in one go, or fit fresh boards to a mounting system you already have. Two matching aluminium planks with end caps and rivets — supplied at the full length of the option you choose, or both cut to your exact millimetre free of charge if you tell us the size.
This is boards only — ideal if you're replacing both existing boards, or you already have suitable brackets on the body.

Check before you order: you are responsible for confirming that the plank profile and dimensions suit your existing brackets. Not sure? Email a photo of your current boards and brackets to contact@alltarps.store and we'll check it for you.
How ordering works — 3 steps
- Pick the length option that covers your boards. Need 3,250mm? Pick “Up to 3.6m”.
- Want us to cut them? Tell us. Leave your exact finished length in millimetres in the order notes at checkout, or email it with your order number to contact@alltarps.store — cutting is free. If we don't hear a length, we supply both planks at the full length of your chosen option and you can trim them on site.
- Pay and they're on their way. Free pickup from Heatherbrae, or choose freight and we sort the cost with you before dispatch.
Full length or cut to size — your choice
By default, you get both planks at the full length of the option you pick (“Up to 3.6m” = two 3.6m planks). Aluminium planks cut cleanly on site with common tools, so plenty of operators trim their own.
Rather have them arrive ready to fit? Give us your finished length in millimetres — order notes or email — and we cut both to the millimetre before dispatch, free. Once boards are custom cut they can't normally be changed or resold, so double-check your measurement. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Installation
Fitting replacement boards to existing brackets may still require drilling and mechanical fastening depending on your setup. Installation is not included in the supply-only price; local installation at our Heatherbrae workshop can be quoted separately.
Installation must not interfere with the tipper body, tailgate, hinges, latches, tarp system, lights or other vehicle components.
Pickup and freight
Local pickup is available from Heatherbrae, NSW. Australia-wide delivery is available — because these are long-length items, freight is confirmed after your order and invoiced separately before dispatch. If the freight cost doesn't suit, you can cancel for a full refund before cutting or dispatch.
Important load and vehicle notice
Hungry boards increase the available body volume but do not increase the vehicle's legal GVM, axle capacity or permitted payload. The vehicle operator remains responsible for legal loading, load restraint, vehicle dimensions, roadworthiness and safe operation.
Frequently asked questions
What is a hungry board?
A side extension fitted above the existing sides of a tipper body to lift them higher, so you can carry more light, bulky material and keep it from spilling over.
Are the boards cut to size?
Your choice. Leave your exact length in the order notes (or email it with your order number) and we cut both free before dispatch — or take the full-length planks and trim them on site yourself.
What if I don't give you a length?
You'll receive both planks at the full length of the option you picked — e.g. “Up to 3.6m” ships as two 3.6m planks.
Will these fit my existing brackets?
Tipper setups vary, so you'll need to confirm the plank profile and dimensions suit your existing brackets. Email a photo of your current boards and brackets to contact@alltarps.store if you'd like us to check before you order.
I need brackets too.

Is installation included?
No. This is a supply-only price. Local installation at Heatherbrae can be quoted separately.
Can you freight Australia-wide?
Yes — freight is confirmed per order and invoiced separately before dispatch because of the board length.
Can I stack two boards on each side?
This current mounting system is offered as a single-height kit with one plank per side. Double-height systems are not currently available through this listing.
Do hungry boards increase my legal payload?
No. They add volume for lighter materials only — they do not change the vehicle's GVM, axle capacity or permitted payload.
